However, we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Unclaimed Packages: If the package arrives at the local post office and is not claimed.
• Customer Refusal: If the customer refuses to accept the package.
• Address Errors: If the delivery fails due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

3. Products Damaged or Defective:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide:

• Visual Proof: Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
• Communication Evidence: Screenshots of any communication regarding the issue, including emails or dispute messages.

We may request the return of the defective product. Please contact us before returning any items to receive the appropriate return address and instructions. 

4. Return Process:

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return link to facilitate the process.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Please note that products should be returned within 10 days after receiving the return authorization. We do not recommend returning products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
